  2. Check Warranty Status (by Serial Number)

    Please enter valid serial numbers in the box below to view the status of your warranty. Most serial numbers are located on the rear side of your monitor.



  3. Click the "Lookup" button to view the warranty status.

  4. To create an RMA, select the Reason for Return that matches the product issue.
    Note, select Physical Damage to return products for reasons that include broken screens, connectors, water damage, etc.
